Gabby is the Founder & Cake Artist of Eclectic Luxuries, a couture studio based in Fife.
Her work blends patisserie craftsmanship with couture artistry, from multi-layer wedding and celebration cakes to signature buttercream flowers, floral cupcakes, cupcake bouquets and multilayer floral cones. She also creates macarons and luxury desserts for sweet tables, offering clients a complete couture experience.
Known for her eclectic style, Gabby combines diverse techniques and inspirations from classic buttercream florals and Lambeth piping to modern entremet structures, always with a refined couture finish. Each creation is bespoke, baked fresh to order with carefully sourced ingredients, with organic options available. Every piece is designed as an edible centrepiece that reflects elegance, individuality and timeless beauty.

We offer delivery and setup services for your wedding cake, so you can relax and enjoy your special day. Our experienced team will work with your venue to ensure that your cake is delivered and set up on time and in perfect condition.
Tasting and Consultation
We offer a complimentary tasting and consultation to all of our wedding cake clients. During your appointment, we'll discuss your ideas and provide samples of our delicious flavors. We'll work with you to create a cake that not only looks amazing but also tastes amazing.
