Eclectic Luxuries is an atelier where cakes are elevated to the level of art, combining refined aesthetics with a philosophy of taste. Every creation is made fresh, never frozen, entirely from scratch.
The flavour architecture is built through layers of mousses, gelées, ganaches and creams prepared with fresh double cream and mascarpone. Pistachio paste is made in-house, as are light sponges, seasonal fillings and carefully balanced buttercreams that are never overly sweet.
On request, crisp meringue layers can be incorporated for contrast within a cake. Hand-made macarons and refined desserts are also available as part of a couture sweet table, designed to complement the centrepiece and enhance the overall experience.
Ingredients are sourced with care, and an upgrade to organic is available, with fruits and dairy supplied by trusted local organic farms. This ensures authenticity, integrity and a clean profile free from unnecessary additives or E-numbers.
