Gabby is the Founder & Cake Artist of Eclectic Luxuries, a couture studio located in Glenrothes, Fife, Scotland, specialising in bespoke wedding cakes and luxury celebration cakes. Her creations beautifully blend patisserie craftsmanship with couture artistry, offering multi-layer wedding and celebration cakes, signature buttercream flowers, floral cupcakes, cupcake bouquets, and multilayer floral cones. Gabby also crafts exquisite macarons and luxury desserts for sweet tables, providing clients with a complete couture experience tailored to their needs.
Renowned for her eclectic style, Gabby infuses a variety of techniques and inspirations, from classic buttercream florals and Lambeth piping to contemporary entremet structures, all achieving a refined couture finish.
